As we move further into 2025, I want to pause and reflect- not just on what we’ve achieved, but on why we’re doing this work together.
At LED Energy Solutions (LEDES), our mission has always been clear: accelerating the transition to a net-zero future. While that future may feel like a long road, the truth is- we’re already building it, milestone by milestone, project by project.
In the second and third quarters, our team helped businesses save 701,088 kWh of energy and $96,394 in maintenance savings, demonstrating the real impact of efficiency in action. These results show what’s possible when innovation and purpose go hand in hand.
Looking ahead to Q4, we’re scaling solutions, forging new partnerships, and launching initiatives designed to deepen our impact. There’s still much to do- but together, we’re moving faster and smarter than ever.

The International Energy Agency projects total global investment at $3.3 trillion in 2025, with $2.2 trillion earmarked for clean energy technologies- double that of fossil fuels. Solar leads with $450 billion in funding, while battery storage receives about $66 billion.

Renewable energy is set to overtake coal as the world’s top power source by 2025, making up 35% of global electricity. A big part of this shift is solar power—specifically, solar PV technology, which is getting more affordable and is expected to meet about half of the global growth in electricity demand over the next couple of years.

On August 11, our team had the incredible chance to attend and sponsor the Mona’s and Mojitos fundraising event that took place at Mint Mojito Bar. The event was buzzing with energy, laughter, and great company. All proceeds from ticket sales went directly to support Project Mona’s House. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to support such a meaningful cause, and an extra thank you to Gabrielle Burns for bringing this amazing event to life.
Energy Saving tips
As daylight hours grow shorter, maximizing natural light during the day becomes even more important. Keep blinds open and position workspaces near windows to make the most of the sun. When additional lighting is needed, choose LED bulbs- they’re energy-efficient, long-lasting, and provide a warm glow that creates a comfortable atmosphere while helping to lower electricity costs. For added efficiency, consider using timers or motion sensors to ensure lights aren’t left on unnecessarily after dark.

Recent Projects
Atwal Eye Care
We recently completed LED lighting upgrades across three Atwal Eye Care locations. These improvements are delivering real results—cutting annual energy use by 51,619 kWh and lowering utility bills by about $7,226 every year. Beyond the savings, the brighter, longer-lasting LEDs are creating a safer, more comfortable work environment while reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
MJ Peterson
The headquarters at MJ Peterson just underwent a full LED lighting conversion, and the impact is significant. The new system is projected to save 169,602 kWh of electricity annually, trimming operating costs by roughly $36,383 each year. With higher-quality lighting, a more comfortable workspace, and fixtures built for longevity, MJ Peterson now benefits from both immediate and long-term value.
